Dossier check
Someone reads your dossier before you send it
Most files are not refused on the law. They are refused because something was missing, late, or in the wrong form. This is a second pair of eyes on yours before it goes in.
- Fixed price
- CHF 149
- Turnaround
- Written answer within 72 hours
You pay after I have read your situation and confirmed the case fits. If it does not fit, you pay nothing and I say who to call instead.
No account, no card.
01What you get
- A written review of your dossier: what is missing, what is weak, what will get it sent back.
- The deadlines that apply to your situation, with dates, not general advice.
- The article of law behind each point, linked to Fedlex, so you can check me.
- Written in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese.
02How it works
- 01
You answer
Answer the six questions below. No account, no card.
- 02
I confirm or decline
Within one working day I tell you whether your case is one I can check, and confirm the price.
- 03
You send the dossier
The documents you are about to submit, as they are.
- 04
You get the review
A written document within 72 hours of receiving the file.
03Who does it
Matteo, in Geneva. I built this site and the deadline engine behind it, and I read the files myself. I am not a lawyer, and the review is a check against the statute, not an opinion on the merits of your case. The attorney named in the impressum is responsible for the site's legal content, not for this service.
04What this is not
I explain the law and check your dossier. This is not legal representation, and I am not admitted to the bar. If your case needs a lawyer I will tell you before you pay anything.
- Appeals or an ongoing dispute with a migration office
- Removal, deportation or detention proceedings
- Asylum cases
- Anything with a criminal matter attached
- Representation before an authority or a court
